The Baltic countries have high property investment potential. YIT aims to be among the first operators in creating institutional property investment markets in the Baltic countries and is currently looking for investor partners for the rental housing projects it has developed.

During March-April-May, employer branding agency Instar EBC conducted a survey about job expectations and employer reputation among students and experienced employees – it revealed that YIT Eesti is seen as the TOP 3 most attractive employer among engineering students out of 230 Estonian companies! The survey was conducted among students of Estonian higher and vocational education institutions and had more than 6100 respondents from all over the country.
