The building at Kalaranna 25 will feature a total of 35 apartments. The one- to three-room homes range from 28-60 square metres. The 1st-floor apartments include a terrace facing onto the courtyard perfect for creating lasting memories of summer days. The building at Kalaranna 25 will feature a total of 35 apartments. The one- to three-room homes range from 28-60 square metres. The 1st-floor apartments include a terrace facing onto the courtyard perfect for creating lasting memories of summer days. Residents on the 2nd floor and above are treated to stunning views of the fascinating surroundings and, in some apartments, also of the sea, which you can marvel at from glass balconies.

Cosy balconies and spacious terraces

The first floor apartments include an important bonus: a terrace that opens into the courtyard, where the best memories of your summer days take place. You can select, depending on your preferences, between a compact 13 square metre terrace or a spacious 30 square metre terrace. The inhabitants, starting from the second floor, await amazing views to the interesting surroundings and in the case of some apartments, also to the sea, which can be admired from the balconies with glass borders.

A representative lobby

A representative lobby greets the inhabitants and guests of Kalaranna 25 upon entering the building, which converts arriving home into a great experience. The interior design created by Galina Burnakova makes a bow to design classics. There is a storage room for baby carriages, next to the entrance of the building, where you can safely leave the baby carriages. The 4 story building has an elevator, so that your everyday life will be easier. The parking places for cars are conveniently located in the heated underground parking garage, which can be accessed directly from the stairwell. Storage rooms are located on the parking level, as is the joint area for bicycles of all 3 buildings, with storage spaces for up to 21 bicycles, which can be used to discover every metre of the coastline of Tallinn. It is possible for all of the inhabitants of the three buildings, after the discovery trip, to neatly clean the bicycle, even before placing it into the storage room.
