Windows, balconies. The flats have German type aluminium-wood windows. Balcony floors are built from reinforced concrete slabs. Balcony glazing moves on wheels and the railing part of balconies is covered with glass panels. Terrace floors are covered by terrace boards.

Heating and ventilation. The building is designed to be heated by district heating. The heating substation is located on the car park floor of the buildings. The flats are equipped with a hydronic radiant floor heating system, stairwells and storerooms have radiator heating and the car park has air heating. Heating of flats is measured by remote reading meters. The buildings have flat-based heat recovery forced air ventilation systems.

Inerior finishing. Ceramic tiles are installed on entry floors and the living quarters have natural veneer parquet floors. Ceilings and walls are finished and painted. Floors and walls of wet rooms are tiled and ceiling is constructed as a suspended plasterboard ceiling which is finished and then painted. Doors within flats are flat veneered doors. Flat entrance doors are flat wooden doors with a secure lock.

Electric installations. The switchboards of flats are located in a recess in the entry or in the wardrobe. Bathrooms have electrical floor heating, which can be controlled via a floor sensor and a temperature regulator. Light fixtures are installed in the suspended ceilings of the wet rooms and entry.

The flats are supplied with an autonomous smoke detector and a door intercom system.

An option to use a security alarm system is available: there are wires for installing a keyboard and a magnetic sensor for the flat entrance door.

Modern CAT6 telephone and TV cables are installed, enabling the flat owners to subscribe to their preferred cable television, telephone and data communication service provider.

Lift. There is one spacious lift in every building.

Parking, storerooms and teritory. Parking spaces are designed on the car park floor of the building where also storerooms are located. The land plot will be cleaned up and landscaped. Outdoor lighting, a waste shed and a playground are built on the plot.
