TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
STRUCTURES. Prefabricated reinforced concrete frame elements constitute the main structure of the building. Load-bearing structures consist of reinforced concrete partitions, pillars, beams and inserted ceilings. Internal walls of apartments are insulated plasterboard walls on metal structure. The described design and materials ensure long life expectancy and desired soundproofing of the building.
THE GROUNDS, PARKING, STORAGE FACILITIES. The grounds are fenced in and supplied with outdoor lighting, a few parking spaces, greenery, benches and playgrounds in the inner yards. Most of the parking spaces are situated in the underground car park. There will be bicycle storage with racks on the ground floor. Storage facilities are situated underground and on the ground floor.
