Balconies and windows. The natural concrete surfaced mounted reinforced concrete balcony plates in addition to the exterior walls are supported by metal posts. The glass balcony barriers are placed on metal constructions suitable for mounting sliding glass if the client desires. The flats’ windows and balcony doors are made from PVC profiles with triple glazed assemblies.

Interior finishing. The flats’ living areas are covered with veneer parquet. The ceilings and walls are smoothed and painted. The sanitary area floors and walls are covered with ceramic tiles. The sanitary areas, entrance hall and kitchen area have a suspended ceiling. The flats’ interior doors are flush veneer doors.

Territory and parking. The territory will be put in order and landscaped using trees and bushes. A waste disposal area will be built also. The territory access from Heli Street will be equipped with a barrier openable with your mobile phone. Vehicles can be parked in the underground garage on the basement level and in the on premise parking lot.

Heating. The building is connected to the central municipal district heating system. The flats contain radiators.

Ventilation. The building has a flat based heat recovery ventilation system. In the kitchen above the stove there is an output part for installing a hood. The hood is to be ordered and installed by the buyer.

Electricity. The strong and weak current electrical cabinet is located in the entrance hall’s wall alcove. The two tariff electricity meters are located in the mechanical room on floor 0. The bathroom floors are equipped with floor heating which is controlled using floor sensors and temperature regulators.

Ceiling lights are installed in the sanitary areas and entrance hall. Other lights are to be ordered and installed by the buyer.

The flats have a door intercom system and independent smoke detectors.

The necessary cabling is in place for keyboards and magnetic sensors required for a surveillance system.

The flats are equipped with contemporary high-speed bit-stream access CAT6 data transmission cables and TV-cables. The flat owner can choose the appropriate cable television, phone and data transmission provider.
