The new city homes will be built by YIT in the beautiful and family-friendly Lasnamäe administrative district that provides convenient bus connections and has had numerous investments made by the city of Tallinn over the past years. The current Lasnamäe is a good living environment at a good price, with several kindergartens, schools, shops, sports clubs and well-tended parks in the vicinity.
The new apartment buildings are located on Liikuri Street, which is at a walking distance from Kadriorg Park, the beloved leisure time venue of the city people.
The modern residential district designed by the architect Urmas Muru brings the buildings at Liikuri 5, Liikuri 7 and Liikuri 5B together into a whole and allows the residents to enjoy great views on the city centre and the sea.
Liikuri 7 is an 8-floor apartment building to be completed in the second stage of the residential district. In total, 59 apartments of one to five rooms and an area of 33.5 – 120.9 square metres are to be completed. First floor apartments allow enjoying coffee on a terrace overlooking the courtyard; most of the apartments on other floors provide a great view from the balcony. 2-5-room apartments comes with a handy storage room on the first floor. The building at Liikuri 5 is ready to move in.
The safe courtyard of the residential district features a recreation area with beautiful greenery and a children’s playground; the spacious courtyard has a roofed relaxation area with a hammock and a table tennis table.
