Today, three successfully operating centres have been built in Tallinn based on the MotorCenter commercial building concept developed by YIT Group specifically with the automotive sector in mind: MotorCenter Peetri, MotorCenter Lasnamäe and MotorCenter Tähesaju. Inspired by the success of centres that have been so well received by visitors, YIT has commenced construction of a new MotorCenter in Mustamäe on Kivikülvi Street. 9.

The combination of roadworthiness testing, tyre fitting, a workshop, a car wash and commercial premises creates a pleasant and modern one-stop shop for visitors to take care of all their car-related issues.
In addition to the areas designated for maintenance and servicing, the centre includes plans for modern commercial and stock-office type premises.
The commercial premises on offer in the MotorCenter building have separate entrances and can be adapted to meet lessees’ needs.
