Underground car park in the Rotermann Quarter

The Rotermann Quarter is a former industrial area in the heart of Tallinn, which has been transformed into a modern shopping, entertainment, business and residential district.
The special know-how of our engineers was required in creating a double-storey underground car park in an area characterised by weak soil, vulnerable historical structures and high heritage value. The car park was built simultaneously with three new business, office and residential buildings constructed above the car park, one of these between the walls of an old salvaged building.
