Seaside living – your new home on the border of Noblessner and Kalamaja

Two unique residential buildings are being built in the historical Küti quarter, on the border of Noblessner and Kalamaja. The address of the new apartments in Kalamaja is Kalaranna 21 and Kalaranna 23 – the last two buildings in the popular Küti residential region opposite the Seaplane Harbour. There will only be 58 spacious homes and each of them will have a terrace or a balcony.

Like the soul of the quarter, the building follows the architectural characteristic of Kalamaja, but it is also a new development with all of the advantages of a modern building – a thoughtfully planned layout and energy-efficient solar power stations. The architect is Urmas Muru.

Küti residential area

Take a look at the photos to see whether the Küti quarter is the perfect match for you. The location, which was still known as a church and riding school as recently as 130 years ago, will soon welcome you with your own hobbies, wishes and customs.

Pioneer of a green urban environment

The ventilation equipment with heat recovery is an investment in a greener future, as its carbon footprint is smaller than can be typically expected and it’s more energy-efficient.

Environmentally friendly solar plants will be installed on the rooves of all buildings on Kalaranna Street. This will improve the energy efficiency of the buildings and ensure lower monthly bills for your new energy class A home.

Kalaranna 21

There will only be 27 apartments in the Kalaranna 21 building and they will be located on four floors. The area of the homes with 1-4 rooms ranges from 29 to 92 square metres. A private terrace is includedwith the ground-floor apartments, which will certainly be a source of joy for people with green fingers, as well as for those people who cannot imagine a summer day without a spontaneous barbeque in the evening. The apartments on higher floors offer magnificent views of the breath-taking surroundings or the sea.
