Two unique residential buildings are being built in the historical Küti quarter, on the border of Noblessner and Kalamaja. The address of the new apartments in Kalamaja is Kalaranna 21 and Kalaranna 23 – the last two buildings in the popular Küti residential region opposite the Seaplane Harbour. There will only be 58 spacious homes and each of them will have a terrace or a balcony.
Like the soul of the quarter, the building follows the architectural characteristic of Kalamaja, but it is also a new development with all of the advantages of a modern building – a thoughtfully planned layout and energy-efficient solar power stations. The architect is Urmas Muru.

The ventilation equipment with heat recovery is an investment in a greener future, as its carbon footprint is smaller than can be typically expected and it’s more energy-efficient.
